Quick Bhel

Recipe: Quick Bhel

Summary: A Spicy Indian quick snack which can be taken at any time in a day.


Ingredients

  • Green mung sprouts/alalfa sprouts :- 4tbsp.
  • Wheat flakes :- 4tbsp.
  • Peanuts :- handful
  • Curd :- 1 cup
  • Cucumber :- 1
  • Carrot :- 1
  • Tomato :- 1
  • Coriander leaves :- to sprinkle
  • Chaat masala :- a pinch
  • Salt :- to taste
  • Lime juice :- a dashQuick Bhel

Instructions

  1. Dice cucumber, tomatoes & Carrot
  2. If you cannot eat raw sprouts, keep them in hot water for about 15 min.
  3. Now in a bowl mix the sprouts, wheat flakes, cucumber, tomatoes & Carrot. Sprinkle the peanuts, chaat masala & salt on to them.
  4. Now dress with curd mix & garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. Add a dash of lime if required.

Quick notes

Serve it with nachos or papad.
