Holi Gulab Doodh

Holi Gulab Doodh or Say ROSE MILK
Beat the scorching summer heat with this healthy rose milk. A beverage for those scorching days! Happy Holi !

INGREDIENTS:

  • Milk :- 4 cups
  • Rose water (gulab jal):- 2 tbsp
  • Rose milk essence :- 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder(dalchini powder) :- from 1 stick

Rose Milk

METHOD:

  1. Take a vessel and slightly warm some milk.
  2. When the milk is lukewarm, add the rosewater and essence to it.
  3. Let it cool, pour into glasses and serve.
