Gol Gappa Recipe

Golgappa(गोल गप्पा )(paani puri) recipe is popular all over the Indian .This is its local name but most people called this as pani puri water recipe ,Teen age people loves this recipe very much and this recipe is very cheap and also easy to make it in home . Sometime this recipe also may be reason of food poisoning so my tips towards everyone to don’t eat over golgappa in a day.


INGREDIENTS:

Water 1(Spicy):

  • Coriander leaves 1 cup
  • green chilli 10 nos
  • black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Black salt 5 gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Dry Mango Powder 10g
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Garam masala
  • ½ tsp
  • heeng 1 pinch
  • lemon juice 2 nos
  • Ice 100g
  • In a blender make a paste of coriander, green chilli and lemon juice. Remove the paste in a bowl and all all the other ingredients and mix well.Keep aside .

Water 2(Khatta Meetha)

  • Orange aerated drink 100ml
  • Amchoor powder ½ tsp
  • Black salt ¼ tsp
  • Heeng 1 pinch
  • Lemon juice 2 nos
  • Ice 200g

METHOD:

  1. Take orange aerated drink in a jug and add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
  2. For the filling : Mix together chickpeas, mashed boiled potatoes and moong dal, red chilli powder, amchoor and salt to taste and mix well .Paani Puri
  3. Add this filling into each golgappa.
  4. Serve with prepared water.
