Cucumber and Banana Salad


Cucumbers are a good source of B vitamins.By eating a banana you can Indulge your sweet tooth without ruining your diet. So, what you think. A   fully Healthy salad.


  • 3 cucumbers,cubed

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp roughly chopped peanuts
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander(dhania)
  • 2 tbsp freshly grated or flaked coconut
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste
  • round onions for garnishingcucu&banana

Method for salad:

  1. Peel and cut the bananas into cubes. Mix with the cucumber.
  2. Immediately add the lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve cold. Simple and Tasty salad is ready.
