Cucumber and Banana Salad
Cucumbers are a good source of B vitamins.By eating a banana you can Indulge your sweet tooth without ruining your diet. So, what you think. A fully Healthy salad.
- 3 bananas
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp roughly chopped peanuts
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander(dhania)
- 2 tbsp freshly grated or flaked coconut
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- salt to taste
- round onions for garnishing
Method for salad:
- Peel and cut the bananas into cubes. Mix with the cucumber.
- Immediately add the lemon juice and mix well.
- Add the remaining ingredients and chill for 30 minutes.
- Serve cold. Simple and Tasty salad is ready.
