- Organic spinach:- 2 Cups
- Sun dried tomatoes (soaked for 30 minutes):- 2
- Celery:- 2 stalks
- Avocado:- 1/3
- Coconut meat (from a young or Thai coconut):- ¼ Cup
- Raw honey or agave nectar:- 2 tsp
- Fresh lemon:- 1 tbsp
- Fresh ginger:- 1 tsp
- Sea salt:- a pinch
- Freshly ground pepper:- to taste
- Dulseleaves(optional):- ½ Cup
- Take all the ingredients and blend them in a blender till they turn smooth.
