  • Organic spinach:- 2 Cups
  • Sun dried tomatoes (soaked for 30 minutes):- 2
  • Celery:- 2 stalks
  • Avocado:- 1/3
  • Coconut meat (from a young or Thai coconut):- ¼ Cup
  • Raw honey or agave nectar:- 2 tsp
  • Fresh lemon:- 1 tbsp
  • Fresh ginger:- 1 tsp
  • Sea salt:- a pinch
  • Freshly ground pepper:- to taste
  • Dulseleaves(optional):- ½ CupAntioxidants Soup


  1. Take all the ingredients and blend them in a blender till they turn smooth.
  2. If desired, you can add the dulse or seaweed leaves for that extra flavor.
  3. Warm this mix to 108 degree C.
  4. Garnish it with mint or coriander leaves and serve it warm with toasts or bread.
